At OpenFeint, we're dedicated to bringing the world together through mobile gaming. That's why when GREE, Japan's leading social gaming platform, approached us about joining their family we were truly excited. We both love games and have big gaming communities, but what connects us is the shared belief that the world is better when connected through mobile games.

Starting April 21, 2011, we're uniting to build a global gaming ecosystem for 100 million users. And while we expect great new developments to emerge from this collaboration, we're both still focused on the things that got us here. GREE will continue to grow its network in Japan and develop great games that showcase their platform's capabilities. OpenFeint will continue to grow our network, accelerating planned upgrades with GREE's backing. We're carrying on with same visionary leadership that got us to this point.
